Governance
-Religion-
There are two responsibilities in a
nation the right of the governed and the responsibilities of the
rulers. These two responsibilities are not separated but are linked
in the union of a solidified or growing nation. Some of these rights
granted to the people are as follows. The right for the people to know
what their government is doing with in reason. The right to the
people to have their costumes and religions protected by law. It
is also the right of the people to be allowed to defend themselves
against thous who threaten their customs and religion. If the
religion of one says specifically destroy another then the religion
that threatens and seeks the destruction of another should be
eradicated. For the right of the people who are of the other is to
rebel against and eliminate said religion. It is also the duty of
the governance to hear and act when the concerns of said religious
groups actively being threatened by another. It is the
responsibility of the ruling body to respect and protect the rights
of the people. The ruling body is expected to make decisions on not
what people want but on the needs of the people. It is the obligation
of the ruling body, them being the one who are elected to rule, is
to pass laws that benefit the general welfare of the those they
govern. In exchange the people are under the social obligation to
follow the laws if they are not repressive. If a law represses a
group for example a jiziah is enforced by the Muslim governance
apoun a minority religion like Christianity, then it is the
obligation of either the populace or the neighboring nations to
eradicate said government. The reason for this is that if a way of
repression is allowed to continue, weather in a religiously back
government or a government who favors one group over the other, the
ideology of repression becomes the norm of the religious. This then
leads to either division within the religion or resentment from
others. The resentment of others then leads to laws being passed which
limits the rights of those who adhere to the religious. If the
religion who's adherence are in the majority and there is a lack of
public out cry to laws based on the repressive aspects of that
religion then the minority has every right to do as much damage to
the people who are in power.
-Elitism-
The government should not elevate one
group over the other or grant more protection or less protection to
one group. Doing so justifies the action of said group regardless of
weather or not they are good or bad. The elevation of group through
specific protection leads to the creation of an elite and
establishment of the lower classes based on said system. To do so is
against the civil agreement between the citizenry and the ruling
body.
-Duty of the Governing Body-
The governing body of any nation
should be given their power through election of the people. The
placing of a group of people in a position of power then creates a
social agreement between the governing body and those that they
rule. Those that rule have a specific duty to those they rule over
due to the fact that they have made a contractual agreement with said
people which allows them to dictates what one does in their daily
lives. Some of these mandatory obligations are as follows.
-The duty to consult the general
populace on major issues such as those that pertain to the rights of
the governed.
-The duty to pass laws that elevate the
general welfare of the populace. This pertains to education health,
military protection, housing, food, water, and elegy.
-The duty to abide to social contract
such as a constitution and to uphold a provision of rights regardless
of what the populace thinks.
-The duty to leave office once said
time frame has been fulfilled or when the populace or governing body
has asked said politician to leave.
-The Responsibility of the People-
-The responsibility of the people is to
adhere to the laws if they are not to repressive.
-The responsibility of the people to
voice their concerns to those that hold power.
-The responsibility of the people to be
civil in their descent of the governance.
-The responsibility to act responsibly
when exercising their bill of rights so as to not cause action by the
governance to limit them.
-Construction of Government and
fulfillment of peoples needs-
The construction of any government
should be established through public agreement. This public agreement
should include a social contract between the elected body and the
ruled. The social contract should be a simple bill of rights that
insures the protection of the minority from the majority and the
majority from the minority. This protection should come from a system
based on elected officials who are in power for a contracted period
of time, IE a term limit. Below is a diagram of how the power
structure of a government should be constructed.
The senate should represent a state or
region on a national level with three representatives regardless of
population. On the state level it should be the same in regards to
county and district. The term limit should be two terms four years long. The house
of representatives should represent the state and counties with five
representatives regardless of population with a term limit like that
of the senate.
-Construction of a Social Contract-
A social contract is created when an
agreed apoun set of ideas is established between the ruled and the
rulers. Social contracts at the beginning of mankind ascent from
hunter gathers to an agrarian based based society were inferred social
contracts based on the establishment of security by the ruled in
exchange for food and other items essential for the protection of
said security. In the early kingdoms of the Tigers and Euphrates
river valley the rule of Sargon was based on this kind of social
contract. This contract however was enforced by Sargon as a
totalitarian dictatorship which lead to the fall of the Aecadian
empire. One reason for this was because Sargon feed he's army through
the plundering of the city states he just conquered. This lead to the
supporting of raiders form the Zargros mountains and backing of the
dynastic linage of said people. This kind of establishment is known
as an imposed establishment and hinges on the strength of the
military. The social contract established by this imposed or inferred
contract is based on the tolerance of the people within the area and
the neighboring states.
In caliphates, dictatorships, and tyrannies contracts inferred by the ruled and the ruler is “What has
been imposed on me by you will benefit my safety and the safety of
my offspring.” or “I will tolerate your tryanny because it
elevates the society as a whole”. In these situations often the
agreed ruled for exchange of safety against others turns into a
situation of agreed rule based on the safety of the society from the
ruler. In these situation the authoritative rule as proposed by MoTsu
which is established in order to benefit the people and the nation
is replaced by totalitarian rule. This then leads to the descent of
the people and lack of defense by said populace when the enemy of the
nation invades. A social contract should be based on an agreed set of
ideas or on the cultural customs that have proven to benefit society.
In modern cultures agreed apoun rulers are the best for a social
contract where as more traditional societies should be based on the
latter.
A modern social contract should have
established civil liberates these civil liberties are there to ensure
that the populace is not fully repressed by the ruling body. The
bill of rights as established by the constitution of the United
States of America was created in order to establish three particular
idea; one that the ruled are not lower than the ruler, two every
citizen of the nation has several rights that should not be infringed
apoun and three a checklist of realities that if taken away should lead
to organized rebellion or some significant change in the government.
A bill of rights should have these
things:
- The right to bare arms (weapons).
- The right to percure arms.
- The right to manufacture arms.
- The right to assembel peacefully.
- The right to protest the government or ruling body.
- Freedom of press.
- The freedom to exercise ones religion without fear of repression by government or populace.
- The right to vote and to not vote.
- The freedom from enslavement either by house or by state.
- The right to denie enterance into personal property or a buisness.
- The right to a fair trial.
- The right to a lawyer.
- The right to voice ones opinion publicly and privately.
- The right to be protected from crime.
- The right to be petition the government.
- The right to be educated.
- The right to know what the government or ruling body is doing.
- The right to form a malitia for the civil defence of the populace and nation.
- The right to percure land and property regardless of ones race, bloodline or religion.
- The right to protest a private organization.
- The right to form a political party.
- The right to retain or reaquire property after is has been taken due to a legal cause unless the write of law says it's illegal to own.
- The right to have evidence presented to one apoun encarseration.
- The right to have acess to evidence presented under supervision during a arrest.
- The right to have acess to evidence presented under supervision during trial.
- The right to protect an individuals identity in public, private, or in government setting such as a trial.
- The right to know what one is being accussed of apoun arrest.
- The right to have acess to a warrant apoun arrest.
- The right to privacy in affairs and property.
- Protection from religious laws and taxation based on religious laws.
- The right to fair trade.
- The right to reasonable working shedual, wage, and safe and sanitary working conditions.
- The right to move to impeach a government officail by populace vote.
- The right to not quarter army navy or airforce personel in peace and war time.
- One can not be put on trail without their persons being present.
- The right to a retrial with a new set of judges up to seventeen times.
Number thirty three the populace vote
will be called an act of initiation to impeach in which it passes to
the congress. If there is a populace vote to impeach the government
official the congress must obey the populace and vote either yeah or
nah to impeach.
A social contract such as this is
known as an established social contract in which there is either a
written or vocal agreement between the ruling body and the ruled.
These contracts are usually established after a revaluation or revolt
in which the ruled are in need of either placation or need some sort
of social and economic change. In order construct a social contract
one or a group should have a basic understanding of what one or a
group wants. These rights should be established with the wisdom of
hindsight and the projection of foresight. Hindsight on what
historically has worked and foresight based on what will work for the
benefit of the people and government.
-Law-
What has worked in the past that's
benefit the whole and what hasn't worked in the past that's been
detrimental to the whole should be taken into consideration when law
is brought into question. Law is not civil liberties and civil
liberties are not law. Laws are a group of agreed apoun ideas and
concepts created to protect and promote a civilized society. In on
other words laws are to protect or ensure some sort of order where as
civil liberties are their to keep people free. Morals often influence
laws, morals are a group of ideas and concept that also promote
safety of people but in a different way. Law has to do with the
promotion of the whole based on the physical understanding of the
world were as morals have to do with the psychological and spiritual
understanding of the mind in order to protect the whole. For example
adulatory although not illegal in laws of the state leads to envy of
the spouse and mistrust with in the family. Envy leads to the spouse
to make the wrong decisions and commit a violent offence against the
other. Mistrust in the family leads to a household were the children
are more apt to be juvenile deliquesce. An other example of
difference between moral and law is prostitution. The act of
prostitution and the social stigma is a moral issue and the laws past
on the act of prostitution are moral. Were as laws that regulate
prostitution such as were a prostitute is allowed to work, the hours
of said worker and wage limits are law.
Laws should be created for one of
three reasons, one to protect the populace, two to ensure the
economic success of a nation and three to protect from catastrophe.
If laws are reasonable they should be followed. If not then the laws
should be changed within the established system. If the system of
governance has become unreasonable the it is the duty of the people
to change the government so laws can be passed with the idea of the
three intended purposes.
Some laws that should exist in a
government and society should be
- No murder
- No rape
- No theft
- That underage sex should be illigal.
- If one has committed a crime before a law has been passed that they are not subject to incarceration.
- If one has accused a person or persons of a crime and have lied about the crime the person who has lied should be put on trial.
- Some one cannot accuse another to initiate a trial on behalf of someone else.
-Justice system-
In a civilized society the application
of law is back by two groups the enforcers and the legal system. The
enforcers make sure that laws are either being followed or that the
populace are not subjecting others of the populace. If one is
arrested for disobeying or violating the law their should be a legal
system in order to ensure that one is not found guilty of a crime
they did not commit. In the world there are various legal systems. A
fair legal system is based on the lack of personal knowledge of the
plaintiff and the defendant. A fair legal system is not one based on
the unbiased opinion of the peers but the unbiased judgment of the
judge. A legal system should be innocent until proven guilty and a
trail between the plaintiff, the defendant and their respected lawyers
who have to prove or disprove charges in front of a body of judges. A
trail should at most be allowed to continue for five to nine years
and the body of judges should be based on experience in particular
cases. The judges should be questioned by a county supervisor as to
how well they know the defendant or plaintiff. The defendant is
allowed to choose between three, five, seven and nine judges. A
number of judges that is divided evenly in two is not an option. The
verdict and punishment is decided by the said judges. The reason for
lack of a jury is to ensure that the verdict is unbiased. Juries are
often drawn in from a local populace which allows for a biased opinion
of the either the plaintiff or defendant.
-Economics-
Economics is established in order for
one group to gain what they either want or need through trade. An
economic system develops either out of profit or out of need. The
economic system known as capitalism is a system of trade between two
or more parties that are independent of each other in order to gain
profit or some sort of need. Were as the economic system of communism
is based on the collection of wealth from independent groups and the
redistribution of wealth to the whole. Communism is an economic
system based on the idea that when the wealth is collected and
redistributed that the whole is elevated on a more even scale.
However there is also a capitalistic thread in communism which is based
on the act of selling the collected wealth in order to garner a
higher economic gain for the community. This system leads to the rise
of authoritative dictators for if communism in the manner as stated
above is to work the nation becomes the company and the wealth of the
nation becomes it's product. In impoverished countries communism
arises as the answer to poverty for the collectivization and
redistribution of wealth is needed so people can survive. Capitalism
arises from both want and need usually when a community has
established a foundation of living such as a farm, ranch or some
other means of gaining the necessities of life. In a pure capitalistic
society only those that have established a foundation to trade and
those hired by said communities will have the benefit of wealth and
the higher of standard of living that comes with it. A nation which
taxes the wealth from the foundation of living will never be purely
capitalistic if the social contract dictates that the wealth of the
taxation is redistributed to agreed apoun areas then it has become a
form of communism.
If communism has been determined to be
the best system for the people then a policy of the most qualified
should be implemented and a system of it is not broken don't fix it,
should also be taken into consideration. The most qualified and most
successful farmer should be employed by the government to elevate the
farms. The most qualified and successful industrialist should be
employed to elevate the industrial system and the most qualified and
successful teachers should be employed to elevate the education of
the populace. If there is market system or business that is
successful it should be left alone but if said company does not
follow basic civil laws of labor such as a reasonable work time and
working conditions then they should be shut down and given over to
the state.
-Government and Economy-
A government should provide for the
basic needs of those that they rule over given the fact that those who are selected either through election, inheritance or a power
struggle have some sort of control over a peoples daily life. This
control is usually through taxation, the ruling over through law and
the participation in the military. When establishing what the needs
would be that said governance are to provide they must look around
and ask what does the populace need to have a better life. When that
question is answered ask how is the government going to provide for
such needs the answer to some would be taxation there is however two
other options. Business and collection of wealth. The first is easy
to explain the government establishes businesses that then sell their
product either to the general populace of said nation or on the
international market. The second is to collect the wealth as a kind
of tax that is then redistributed or sold. The money from either the
business or collected wealth is utilized to fulfill said needs. Here
is an example of how this would work, the people of a nation need
healthcare and education so the government decides that in order to
provide for this need they will sale diesel at a lower price than the
private competitors. They, the government, will then take the profit
and distribute it between the cost of doing business and the cost of
healthcare. However there is a problem the government doesn't have
the money to cover the cost of the oil rig and refinery. They have
determined that a loan is out of the question so they sale a weapons
system. The money is used to cover the cost of rig and refinery. The
diesel is sold at one dollar and fifty cents were as the current
market price is three dollars and twenty-five cents this leads to the
undercutting of the market. Once the government has the money to
provide for the need the money should go directly into the need. Which
in this case would be health care. The education should be provided on
an other economy like agriculture or manufacture in conjunction with
minor taxation. A graphic below shows the concept.
If this is the desired method method
of paying for a nations need then starting a business based on
multiplicity is desirable. Instead of the nations wealth established
on one economy a nations wealth should be established on multiple
economies such as agriculture, energy, manufacturing and technology.
This concept should be applied to the local level first in order to
build multiple economic sources. When creating said economy on a
local level one must find which economies already exist and what will
work and what won't work. For example an area situated in the Nevada
foot hills may be good for ranching, lumber and manufacturing but may
not be suitable for growing cotton. The government should then base the economy on lumber, ranching, and manufacturing. If agriculture works for an area
base the farming system on what is already grown their. Utilize the
help of the farmers that have the highest yielding crop either as
advisers or as the head of the agricultural department.
-Security-
Security from external and internal
opposition should be off the primary forces of the federal
government. Security entails police, border security, naval security,
air and land. Although these securities are the basic essential of
any successful nation so is the allowance for individuals of a nation
to form their own security units for the protection of their country.
This includes the right to own a weapon and the right to form a
militia. In a nation were these rights are granted it would be sound
advice for the ruling body to utilize a militia system in conjunction
with a standard military, The standing military should be utilized
were they are most needed regardless of were the area of conflict is
located. The militia unless dictum allows, should be utilized on a
home defense capacity. When at war of in conflict information on
allies and rules of combat should be distributed to said militias.
This is to ensure a uniform understanding and policy between the
official and non official military. War in this way should follow
these protocols.
-Official declaration of war.
-Time in which conflict will begin.
-Where the conflict will take place.
-The naming of combatant.
-Establishment of rules of engagement.
-Distribution of rules of engagement to
army personal.
-Request of specific militias to join
in conflict zones followed by an establishment of contract.
-Distribution of rules of engagement to
militias and public.
-Objectives of conflict which should be
reserved for combat personnel.
When a conflict has ended an official
statement has to be issued to militias in conflict zones to cease and
dissent of aggregations towards enemy combatant. The government
should also establish a policy in the fulfillment of post war
obligations such as replacement and rebuilding of destroyed areas.
Revaluation
When one is on the war path of
revaluation one must not only think of the destruction of the society
that the revaluation lives in. If one only thinks in this manner they
are not forming a revaluation they have formed a rebellion. Therefor
the individual or group who seeks revaluation must have an order to
replace the existing one. If one only obliterates the pillar but does
not replace the pillar the house falls leaving a pile of destruction
that has to be repaired or rebuilt.
-The Microcosm-
Revaluations often happen as large
movements that encompass large amounts of country or territory.
These revaluations although they are widespread may not be as
successful in the long term due to the fact that it encompasses large
amount territory and negates certain localized groups of people or
politics. In areas like China and India were the ethnic and political
diaspora is varied and the cultural diaspora is also varied.
Revaluations such as the Maoist revaluation of the nineteen twenties
ultimately failed due to the fact that it was conducted by a small
ethic group on the coastal plains of China who were addressing issue
that may or may not have applied to other areas of China such as the
Muslim majority Tamin Basin or the Buddhist majority region of
southern China. Other revaluations such as Mahat Magandis march to
the sea were also a failure do to the fact that it did not consider
the microcosm of areas in India such as the seven regions of north
eastern India that have throughout their history fought several
revolts against Indian and non Indian powers. Due to these failures
to consider the microcosm violence after independence from Great
Britain erupted in said regions of India. The most recent one being
the ULFA revolt of the nineteen nineties. If the independence movement
had considered the microcosm they would have had a policy
specifically geared towards said region. In the case of China a more
successful policy of semi beging neglect was applied to the Tamin
reigion were as the take over of Tibet has led to several border
conflicts with Nepal.
If one wants a successful revaluation
start with the microcosm usually in a community that has some sort of
local attainable goal that could be used as a stable foundation stone
for bigger and better things. For example the Kurdish of northern
Iraq and Syria are a microcosm of ethnic, religious and political
difference from greater Syria and Iraq. The Kurdish have a different
language different view of religion based on synchronization rather
than supplant and a political view more aligned with democracy.
The United States supported the Kurdish of Iraq which became a stable
region in the onsueing destabilization of Iraq and Syria caused by
militaristic infighting and Islamic terrorism.
-Consent of the populace and
Stratification-
Revaluations in the short and long term
fail without the consent of the whole either in spirit or in action.
In the past revaluations such as the Bolshevik revaluation of the nineteen
hundreds the failure happened in the long term. This was due to the
loss of consent based on the treatment of the segments of the
populace that did not agree with the party or stifling of rights of
the populace. When the party was instilled into power the policies of
the party weakened the original foundations on which why people
joined. The original anger of the revolutionist was replaced, due to
policy, with sympathy and fear. If a revaluation wishes to be
successful the revolutionist needs a garentee of stability without
fear in coordination with a mentality of the revolutionist being the
enemy is only my enemy when they fight me with bullets or when they
subject me with law.
As in any society revaluations are
usually started by the few, in order for the few to become many the
few has to garentee that their revaluation will not only benefit the
whole but also keep the whole away from the system that they had
replaced. This in coordination with a grantee of basic civil
liberties are secure will not only gain more members but also keep
members. This garentee has to be based on not repressing
contradicting ideas of future members but seeing how they can coexist
or bolster the revaluation. For example if a member or many members
has Islamophobic sentiment one must not totally spurn the group but
see why one is Islamophobic and how it can benefit the revaluation.
Most Islamophobia is in reality the people being in opposition to the
ideas of Islam pertaining to the allowing of slavery, the killing of
thous with varying beliefs, and the promotion of polygamy. All of
which are explicit stated as an “okay thumbs up go right ahead
guys” by a god who is neither all powerful or wise. These ideas
have been seen in history, past and present, as the cause of unneeded
suffering to the human populace. With this in mind the deamonization
of Islamophobes and creating laws within countries and revolutionary
groups to protect Muslims leads to said group to be pushed into the
opposition and the accepting of more radical ideas. By granting
protections of said group also leads to the allowance of mentioned
allowance of said group.
This leads to a stratification within
the group and eventually a class division when the revaluation becomes
successful. This was no more apparent then in the revaluation of the
English colonies of New England in which a protection was granted to
slave owners. Although it was not stated explicitly in an official
rhetoric the benign neglect of generals and soldiers alike lead to
the creation of slave laws that protected the rights of slave owner,
laws such as the three fifths compromise and later on laws that
protected slavery in the southern part of the United States. These
creation of stratification by law and outlook of the original
revolutionaries lead to a civil war which disrupted the stability
during the war in the north states and created extreme poverty in the
southern states. This extreme poverty lead to the creation and growth
of the Ku Klux Klan which reeked terror on the black, catholic and
Jewish populations in the southern states to this day. With this in
mind a revaluation should not grant special protection to anyone in
regrades to their religious or moral ideas of the those who are
against them. In the example of Islamophobia laws as a protection of Muslims inevitably leading to a division and cause a civil war. By not allowing or
hearing the reasoning behind a supposed subversive idea it will inevitable lead to a civil war or the eventually destruction of the
newly established regime. In order for the revaluation to be
successful one must either change the rhetoric of the revaluation so
that said subversive ideas are respected and not repressed or not
allow ideas that have been shown to cause suffering into the fold.
-End-
All nations and peoples are entitled
to rights and responsibility they are also entitled to rebel and
form a more perfect union when the government that they have lived
under has become corrupted and the people enslaved. In order for
their struggle to be successful thous who fight in revaluation should
establish a pillar so that all may see that their nation is strong.
